At LaunchLab Education (“we”, “our”, “us”), we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines when returns, replacements, store credit or refunds may be available and how to arrange a return.
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, LaunchLab Education will provide an appropriate remedy.
