7. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement or refund where products are faulty, unsafe, not as described or fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Where permitted by law, we do not provide refunds for:

• Incorrect selection by the customer;

• Products damaged through misuse, modification, improper assembly or failure to follow instructions.

LaunchLab Education products are educational, hobby and recreational items intended to support STEM learning and model rocketry activities.

Users acknowledge that:

• Rocketry products involve inherent risks;

• Products must be assembled, operated and maintained safely;

• Manufacturer instructions and applicable safety guidance should be followed;

• Launches must comply with applicable laws, regulations, club requirements and local restrictions.

LaunchLab Education does not accept liability for injury, damage or loss arising from misuse, improper assembly, unsafe operation, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in this clause limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Supervision and Age Requirements

Certain products may require adult supervision.

Where products are used by minors, LaunchLab Education recommends supervision by a responsible adult, educator or guardian.

Some products may contain small parts or require tools, adhesives or launch systems that may not be suitable for young children.

10. Product Specifications

We aim to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, simulations and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Colours, finishes and materials may vary slightly;

• Simulated flight performance, altitude and recommended motors are estimates only;

• Performance may vary depending on build quality, conditions and configuration.

We reserve the right to update specifications or product details without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchLab Education is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• Website use;

• Delays or interruptions;

• Product misuse;

• Improper assembly or operation;

• Loss of data, profits or opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
