At LaunchLab Education (“LaunchLab Education”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver physical products purchased through our website.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Shipping Locations
LaunchLab Education currently ships physical products within Australia.
We may offer international shipping in the future. If you are located outside Australia and would like to enquire about an order, please contact us at sales@launchlabeducation.com.au before placing your order.
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, destination, availability or applicable transport requirements. Where this applies, we will contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within [insert number] business days after payment has been received.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South Australian public holidays.
Orders placed after [insert cut-off time] may be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, product launches, sales, public holidays or unexpected operational disruption, processing times may be longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel size, weight and selected shipping method.
Where free shipping promotions apply, the eligibility requirements, applicable products and any exclusions will be shown on the relevant promotion or at checkout.
Shipping charges are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes will depend on the selected shipping service, your location and the carrier’s network.
As a general guide:
Metropolitan areas may receive orders sooner than regional or remote locations.
Delivery to remote, rural and regional areas may take longer.
Delivery times may be affected by weather events, public holidays, carrier disruptions, peak periods, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any delivery timeframe displayed on our website, at checkout or in communications is an estimate only, unless we expressly state otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to keep customers informed if we become aware of a significant delay affecting an order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and delivery address at checkout.
If you do not receive a dispatch confirmation email within [insert number] business days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us at sales@launchlabeducation.com.au.
6. Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error, and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, any redirection, address correction or re-delivery request may need to be arranged directly with the carrier.
7. Authority to Leave and Safe Delivery
Depending on the shipping service and carrier used, parcels may be delivered to a safe location, taken to a collection point or require a signature.
If you choose, request or authorise a parcel to be left at your address, including through a carrier’s delivery-preference service, please ensure there is a secure and weather-protected location available.
Where a parcel is delivered in accordance with the selected carrier service, tracking information or delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier first if you cannot locate it. You may also contact us and we will reasonably assist with enquiries where possible.
For more secure delivery, consider using a business address, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect location or another attended delivery address where available.
8. Split Deliveries
Where an order contains items with different availability, sizes or fulfilment requirements, we may dispatch items separately.
Where this occurs, we will provide separate tracking information where available. You will not be charged additional shipping costs unless this has been clearly agreed with you before dispatch.
9. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products
Products marked as pre-order, made-to-order, custom or personalised may have longer processing times.
Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page where possible. If the timeframe changes significantly, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
10. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales@launchlabeducation.com.au and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected item or missing components where relevant
Please keep the original packaging where possible, as it may assist us in assessing the issue or lodging a carrier enquiry.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, your rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If tracking shows that your parcel is delayed, please allow a reasonable additional period for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your parcel appears lost, has not moved for an extended period or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at sales@launchlabeducation.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
We will assess the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with an enquiry or investigation with the delivery carrier.
12. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
A parcel may be returned to us if:
The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
The recipient does not collect the parcel from a collection point within the carrier’s required timeframe;
Delivery is refused;
The parcel cannot be safely delivered; or
The carrier is unable to contact the recipient where required.
If a parcel is returned to us for reasons not caused by LaunchLab Education, we may ask you to pay the additional shipping cost before it is resent.
If you no longer wish to receive the order after it is returned to us, any return or refund request will be assessed under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
